Meet Sarah, Taylor, and the Appalachian Wedding Company Team

Taylor Caldwell and Sarah Reagan, co-owners of Appalachian Wedding Company, are proud Sevier County residents living in the heart of the wedding industry.

Taylor is an ordained minister. After developing a passion for officiating weddings, he followed the calling to become a full-time wedding minister. The serene backdrop of Gatlinburg, coupled with the joy of uniting couples in matrimony, has become the heart of Caldwell’s ministry.

“I made a transformative move from Kingsport, TN to Gatlinburg in 2015. Embracing a new chapter at First Baptist Church Gatlinburg, I found a passion for officiating weddings. The calling evolved over the years, leading to my significant decision in 2022 to become a full-time wedding minister,” Taylor recalled.

Sarah’s background is in teaching. With a desire to spend more time with her son, Sarah changed career paths to follow her passion for weddings. Her deep-rooted connection to the local wedding industry fuels her dedication to crafting unforgettable events. Growing up, she witnessed the enchantment of weddings at her father’s Gatlinburg wedding chapel.

“Now, as a co-owner of Appalachian Wedding Company, I consider it a tremendous honor to not only witness the beautiful tapestry of love but also to actively play a role in making couples’ dreams come true,” Sarah explained.

In November 2022, Sarah and Taylor joined forces to establish Appalachian Wedding Company. Since its inception, this dynamic duo has orchestrated a series of exceptional celebrations, earning only five-star reviews. Their passion for creating unforgettable weddings has defined the company’s commitment to excellence and garnered praise from couples. This has resulted in exciting growth!

“Presently, the company is undergoing an exciting transition as we train our coordination team to seamlessly take over responsibilities previously handled solely by us. This strategic shift aims to enhance the efficiency and cohesion of our services, ensuring a continued commitment to excellence in every aspect of the wedding process,” the pair shared.
