The largest room, LeConte Auditorium, has over 2,576 square feet of space! Depending on the size of your event, you can opt for three different layouts. Abundant free parking – The Civic Center’s parking lot is well-lit and large enough to accommodate even the largest weddings. 

Spacious Lobby – As your guests arrive, they will enter the elegant lobby. This is a welcoming space where your guests can comfortably enter and exit your event.

Dressing Room – The bride and groom will enjoy having a private space to relax and freshen up. 

Loading and Unloading Area – Your team will have no problem setting up and breaking down your event as you will have special access to the loading and unloading area. 

Full-Service Kitchen – When booking event space at the Civic Center, you will have the option to rent a kitchen for caterers or individuals to use. This space includes a retractable window so that preparation can be private, although the passthrough can be opened for food service. Also, the kitchen includes a coffee maker.

Table and Chairs – Pick from various sizes of round or rectangular tables. Tables and chairs are included with each rental. 

Extra Amenities – Clients can also rent the stage, lighting, and sound system. 

Catering & Vendors – The Civic Center allows clients to pick their desired caterer, entertainment, and other vendors, however a preferred caterer list is available upon request.
