There are both indoor and outdoor spaces at The Wildflower Event Center. The venue offers a beautiful outdoor site for mountain-view wedding ceremonies and receptions. They also boast a spacious 5,000 square foot modern-farmhouse-style indoor space. The wedding venue can accommodate weddings of 2 to 1,500 guests! 

A backup weather plan is built into the site because they have such well-appointed indoor spaces. This is a huge asset as the Smoky Mountain weather can be unpredictable and scattered. 

“We have a flexible layout which makes us so unique! We have an outdoor pavilion, a fireplace, and three levels inside the venue. This gives our couples a plethora of options to choose from when deciding where they would like to hold their ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, etc.,” explained Lush White, venue manager for The Wildflower Event Center. 

For the Bride

Brides getting married at The Wildflower Event Center will enjoy getting ready in the bridal suite. The serene dressing area includes a private restroom. This calm and private space will allow the bride a peaceful area to get ready for her Smoky Mountain wedding.

The home is just steps away from the venue and will allow you to fully immerse yourself in your Smoky Mountain destination wedding. The Wildflower Event Center limits its facility to one wedding per day. The bride and her wedding will have the sole focus of the on-site venue representative.

The venue allows service from any vendor of your choice, although the recommendations on the list are based off past experiences with successful weddings.

Catering 

Catering is one of the most expensive aspects of a wedding budget, however, the venue manager can help brides make the best choice so that it fits into their budget. The caterers listed on the preferred vendor list are trusted and have proven to provide exceptional food and service while meeting the needs of wedding budgets.

One of the best amenities at The Wildflower is their catering prep kitchen and buffet room. A catering team preparing for or cleaning up after a meal will not interrupt any special moments in the wedding reception. This is because the prep kitchen and buffet room are separate from the main event spaces. The kitchen and buffet room are adjoining, which makes it easier for your catering team to provide the meal; and cleaning up is easy for them as well.
